Roboman.in is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
Shipping Cost
We will provide to you free shipping on the order of ₹699. On the order of below ₹699 you have to pay delivery charges depends on delivery location.
Courier Partners
- We use Shiprocket shipping method to choose best courier partner to deliver your product and BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart, ECOM Express, Xpressbees, and others courier partner to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
- We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners does not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY TO YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We do our best to ship your order within the same day, and 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY Orders placed before 2.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-7 days to anywhere in India, it is beyond our control. Each shipping company has its methods, intermediate transit locations, etc., and the delivery time is not predictable.
Wrong product or Damage box
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 8240794390 or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
