Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Roboman.in, we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible products across selected serviceable pin codes in India. Please read the following terms carefully before placing a COD order.

COD Availability

  • COD is available only for eligible products and selected serviceable pin codes in India.
  • Cash on Delivery is available only for orders between ₹599 and ₹1,999.
  • Orders below ₹599 or above ₹1,999 are not eligible for COD and must be prepaid.
  • COD availability is automatically checked during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to enable or disable COD for certain products, locations, customers, or order values without prior notice.

Order Verification

  • All COD orders are subject to verification before dispatch.
  • Verification may be done through a phone call, SMS, WhatsApp message, or email.
  • COD order processing and verification may take 24–72 hours.
  • Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled automatically.

COD Charges

  • A Cash on Delivery handling charge may be applied to COD orders and will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping is not available on Cash on Delivery orders.
  • Any applicable shipping or COD handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Limits

  • COD may not be available for bulk, customized, or special-order products.
  • We may request prepaid payment for certain orders at our discretion.
  • A customer may purchase up to 5–6 items with limited quantities in a single COD order.

Delivery & Payment

  • Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery whenever possible.
  • Payment must be made in cash to the delivery partner at the time of receiving the parcel.
  • Orders will not be handed over unless full payment is collected by the delivery partner.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

  • If a COD order is refused, cancelled at the doorstep, or remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled.
  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may have COD disabled for future purchases on Roboman.in.

Returns & Refunds

  • COD orders are eligible for return only if they meet our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds for approved COD returns will be issued only as a Roboman.in Coupon Code / Store Credit.
  • Cash refunds are not provided for COD orders.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraudulent or abusive orders, Roboman.in reserves the right to:

  • limit COD availability,
  • request identity or address verification,
  • cancel suspicious or unverifiable orders,
  • restrict COD access for customers with repeated failed or refused deliveries.
